Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Initiate Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
